In order to reach the new dashboards via Stackla, users will need to navigate through the left-hand navigation menu and select “Analyze” which will provide a list of dashboards.
Below is a run-down of the different dashboards available and what information they provide users:
The Performance dashboard provides customers with an overview of their web traffic that has been associated with Stackla by users.
The Commerce Dashboard provides customers with an overview of their web traffic that has been associated with Stackla by shopping behavior.
Important: In order to activate this dashboard, Stackla customers will need to implement a Tracking Pixel across their e-commerce sites.
The Email Dashboard provides customers with an overview of their web traffic that has been associated with Email Campaigns that contain Stackla content.
Tile Interactions Dashboard
The Tile Interactions Dashboard provides customers with the opportunity to assess the interactions measured against individual tiles.
Organic Advocates Dashboard
The Organic Advocates Dashboard provides customers with a detailed overview of their contributors, the content and briefs that are available in their instance of the functionality.
Reports include an overview of their Top Contributors by the number of content submissions that have been made plus their interactions with your brand on social media. Additionally, customers are provided with an overview of their Organic Advocate tile interactions plus submission information on briefs available.
