- Batch Rights Management for @mentions Tiles
Rights via Registration for Hashtag posts will not be immediately supported. Stackla will be rolling out Updates in the coming weeks to address this.

Connecting to Facebook & Instagram
Customers who had previously successfully connected their Accounts to Stackla should not need to reconnect, however if your Token has expired or you need to connect additional accounts, you can do this by going to Settings > General > Social Data Access in your Stackla account, then click on the Connect Facebook and Instagram Accounts button.
Why did Stackla need to remove Userhandle and Location details from Hashtag Tiles?
Facebook has requested for all third parties leveraging their APIs to no longer share this detail in the interest of privacy for its end users. Facebook is requested all vendors to remove this information.
Why can competitors bring in Location or Userhandle details for Hashtag content?
Facebook does not support vendors doing this, and is currently in the process of reaching out to all App providers to remove this data.
Why have I lost all the Tiles which I previously aggregated via Create Tile or Location Terms?
Facebook no longer permits these methods of aggregation and have requested that Stackla and other vendors remove any content aggregated via these means.
Will I lose any of my Rights Approved Assets?
No, regardless of how these were accrued, all Rights Approved Assets will remain in Stackla.
Will we be able to get Carousel Tiles moving forward?
Carousel Tiles will be available for all aggregation moving forward.
Will Stackla assist me in aggregating any content that has been removed?
Stackla's Customer Success and Solutions teams will assist in whatever way possible in configuring your Stacks to find this content.
