Sometimes you may find that a particular content creator's posts are not relevant to your campaign's needs. When this happens you may wish to remove their account from the list so that the system stops their posts from appearing in your Stack. There are two ways of banning a user within Stackla.
Under Terms, add the user to the Blacklist
If you know the Term Name (must be a Twitter or Instagram network) that is bringing in this content then simply go toAggregate > Manage Terms, locate Term and then under the Advanced Tab enter the username in the blacklist.
Ban the user from within Manage Content
- Go to Curate > Manage Content and locate a post you from a content creator that you wish to ban
- In the Actions column (drop down arrow) select Inappropriate Content
How to un-ban a user
- Go to Users > Banned Users
- You will be taken to a list of banned users. To enable a user again click Enable and you will start to receive their content again.
