Sometimes you may find that some of your aggregated content is not relevant to your campaign's needs.
When this happens you may wish to remove the individual post or alternatively, if you find that the irrelevant content is coming from a certain user then can you blacklist them.
Review the instructions below to remove your unwanted content:
1. How to remove a post?
- Curate > Manage Content
- Search for the item you wish to remove
- Select the More Action button and select Inappropriate Content
- A pop-up will appear allowing you to remove the post (Note: you can also elect to ban the user to stop any further content from aggregating).
2. Add the user to Blacklist
If you know the Term Name (must be a Twitter or Instagram network) that is aggregating incorrect content the go to Aggregate > Manage Terms, locate Term and then under the Advanced Tab enter the username into the blacklist.
