You can choose to allow your users to 'Flag' content and comments as potentially abusive. You can configure this in the Admin Portal under Settings > Moderation.
By default users must sign in before they can 'Flag' content, but you do have the option to allow anonymous users to 'Flag' content.
Once configured, users can 'Flag' content via the 'Report Abuse' icon which is positioned next to each post and comment.
It looks like this:
Once a user 'Flags' a post or comment, your stack's Admins and Moderators will be able to manage the flagged material in the Admin Portal under Curate > Flagged Content or Flagged Comments (these sections will only show up once activated in Settings). From here they will then have the option of leaving the item published or disabling the flagged item.
Note: Users cannot Disable a post by flagging. They can simply alert the Admins and Moderators to the potentially abusive post or comment.
