Sometimes when you ingest a piece of content from Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, the avatar may appear broken within your Stack.
This has occurred because the original avatar, which was associated with the Tile, has been changed on the respective Social Network.
To address this issue, simply follow the instructions below:
- Go to Curate > Manage Content
- Locate a post you you wish to fix the Avatar on
- Select the More Actions button and from the overflow menu select Update Thumbnail
Stackla will call the respective Social Network and update the Thumbnail associated with that particular tile.
