In order for Stackla to capture content from any Social Network, such as Facebook, the content must have been posted by a content creator who has a public account.
Specifically, Stackla can aggregate content using two methods:
- Public Business or Community Pages (this can include content posted by fans)
- Videos, Images and Text can be aggregated
- Comments made to a specific Post on a business or community page
- Images and Text can be aggregated
The type of content which will be aggregated from each of these two sources will be dependent on the Facebook Account(s) you have connected. For more information click here
Note: As per Facebook’s requirements, videos and GIFs can only be played within their network.
This means that a user can see the video and GIF exists (in a preview state) on a Stackla Widget however, when viewing the video they will be directed to the original source, Facebook, so it can be played.
