In order for Stackla to capture content from any Social Network, such as Facebook, the content must have been posted by a content creator who has a public account. Specifically, Stackla can aggregate content using two methods:
- Public business or community pages (this can include content posted by fans)
- Videos, Images and Text can be aggregated
- Comments made to a specific Post on a business or community page
- Images and Text can be aggregated
Note, as per Facebook’s requirements, videos and GIFs can only be played within their network. This means that a user can see the video and GIF exists (in a preview state) on a Stackla Widget however, when viewing the video they will be directed to the original source, Facebook, so it can be played.
